We offer washing machine repair services in selected locations within Kolkata. All service bookings are subject to technician availability and location coverage.

2. Booking & Cancellation

• Service appointments can be scheduled online or via phone.

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

• No-show charges may apply if a technician visits your location and the service is denied.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All service charges will be communicated before service begins.

• Charges may vary based on model, issue, and spare parts required.

• Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or other accepted modes at the time of service completion.

4. Warranty

• We offer up to 30 days service warranty on repair workmanship.

• Spare parts come with manufacturer-specific warranties (if applicable).

• Warranty is void in case of mishandling or damage by the user after repair.

5. Limitations

GPL Technology is not responsible for:

• Data loss, water damage, or electric failures not related to the original problem.

• Appliances that are irreparable due to manufacturing defects or discontinued models.
